Updates
- The release of the Open Crop Manager (OCM) mobile app is scheduled for late June/early July. You can use OCM through your mobile device’s internet browser in the meantime! Instructions are in the Scout Training Guide in the Collaborator Resource folder.
- Having trouble using OCM browser in remote locations? Use the Epicollect5 app until the OCM mobile app is ready. Instructions are here.
- Have you submitted your Production Survey and yield files from 2023 yet? This data is incredibly valuable for the development of the OCM model and future OCM tools. For instructions on completing the Production survey, please see the most recent scout training guide.
- A tool for aiding disease diagnosis has been added to the scouting reports. A full guide to using this tool, and the logic behind it, will be added to the Collaborator Resources folder soon.
Where to find OCM
The browser version of the platform can be found at open-crop.vmhost.psu.edu using your choice of web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.).
Instructions for downloading OCM mobile, a mobile app for devices like iPhones and Androids, will be added to the Collaborator Resources folder soon!
